About 70 employers took part in the big fair at the Expo Center. More than 1,000 vacancies were presented. RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan made an opening speech at the opening of the fair.
"We still have a lot to do in terms of job opportunities, conditions and job creation in general, but we must do so with little steps," - said RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan, welcoming the participants of the fair - job seekers and job seekers. The minister, in turn, approached a number of pavilions and got acquainted with the jobs offered by the organizations.
The fair was attended by about 70 employers representing different sectors of the economy, who presented vacancies in their organizations. The participants got acquainted with the proposals, the necessary requirements on the spot, if they are interested in registering, they leave their CVs so that the employer can contact later. Representatives of some organizations were able to conduct interviews on the spot to supplement their ranks.
A large number of jobs were provided by employers representing the service, food, textile industries, and insurance companies. There is also a great demand for labor.
During the event, both job seekers and employers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the labor market situation in different administrative districts of Yerevan, the state employment support programs that provide employment and job opportunities.
During the job fair there was also a talk-presentation entitled “New Skills for the 21st Century Labor Market. development and self-development”.
