The purpose of the competition is to encourage coverage of the phenomenon of trafficking in human beings in Armenia and the fight against it, as well as those journalists who cover the human trafficking phenomenon in their work, inform the public about its negative impacts, point out ways to promote trafficking and its trafficking. raising public awareness of the struggle.

The competition may include the broadcast / print journalistic material covering the topics of trafficking in 2019 in the following categories:

1) television / radio products;

2) printed and electronic materials.

The deadline for submissions is December 20, 2019 inclusive.

The full web address of the material must also be mentioned in the application.

The work will be evaluated by a professional jury composed of trafficking experts and representatives of journalistic organizations. The work will be reviewed and evaluated by jury pre-developed criteria guided by the correct interpretation of journalistic ethics and the phenomenon of trafficking. The jury is entitled not to award any nomination or place if there is no material that meets the evaluation criteria.
